No Returns or Refunds

All sales on verifymarkets.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been successfully completed and delivered.

Why we have a no-return policy Our products consist of digital goods, market research reports, data subscriptions, proprietary intelligence, and/or instantly delivered downloadable content. Due to the nature of these products (which can be downloaded, copied, or accessed immediately upon purchase), we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

What this means for you

• Please review product descriptions, samples (when available), pricing, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
• No exceptions will be made for accidental purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or any other reason.

Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after purchase will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in immediate termination of your account, revocation of access to any purchased materials, and potential legal action to recover associated costs.

Errors on our part In the rare event that we deliver the wrong file, a corrupted file, or no file at all due to a technical error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@verifymarkets.com with your order number. We will correct the error by re-delivering the correct product at no additional charge. This is the sole remedy available.

This policy is effective as of December 1, 2025 and applies to all orders placed on verifymarkets.com.
